Welcome to our new self-guided version of Discover Your Inclusive Leadership Potential! Your Inclusive Travel Guides are Dr. Linda Hill and a team of compassionate and courageous Inclusive Leaders from around the world.
Who this course is for
Individuals or Groups:
Educators, service providers, volunteers, students and all community members who are Building Bridges toward social and environmental well-being in your diverse communities.

Individuals and groups of people who are dealing with injustice, mistreatment, isolation and other forms of exclusion, as well as people who love people who are dealing with exclusion. This is a course for all advocates, allies, activists and everyone who wants to build a more inclusive and welcoming world.

This is a course for youth, young adults and older adults with diverse concerns, interests and passions.

Where and When
Participate from anywhere in the world via your computer.
All modules of the course will be available as soon as you register. Each module takes 3 to 5 hours to complete = 40 hours of participation credit.
Spend a week, a month or as long as six months travelling through this self-guided journey on your own schedule.
When you complete all the activities, you will receive a Participation Certificate logging 40 hours of continuing education in Inclusive Leadership.
With the field of Inclusive Leadership as your map and the international Earth Charter as your global compass, you will soon find yourself "In the midst of a magnificent diversity of cultures and life forms" where "we are one human family and one Earth community".
You will travel through all four corners of Inclusive Leadership:

Chart Your Way Forward to the Changes You Want to See In the World.
This self-guided, self-paced quest through all four corners of the field of Inclusive Leadership invites you to develop personal Action Plans for applying Inclusive Leadership skills to the challenges of living, learning and leading more inclusively in your own diverse communities.
Discover your own meaningful, relevant and motivating ways of combining your Inclusive Leadership potential with your passions and concerns. You will create and implement Inclusive Leadership plans that are positive, possible and practical for you!
You will be well prepared to chart your way forward as you integrate Inclusive Leadership into the places you live, work and volunteer.
Optional Heart-to-Heart Video Meetings
You will have the option of sharing your questions, experiences, ideas and Action Plans with new and experienced Inclusive Leaders from around the world at our monthly Heart to Heart Cafe. Join us the first Saturday of each month 10am to 11:30am Pacific Time.

About the instructor
The Inclusive Leadership Co-operative (ILC) is a non-profit community service association based on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada that provides community-based diversity education for people from diverse generations, cultures and communities. We guide new and experienced Inclusive Leaders to share leadership in educating each other about our interconnected diversity challenges while nurturing and mentoring Inclusive Leadership skills for:

The ILC's Inclusive Leadership Online courses and practice groups are deeply rooted in fifteen years of experiential Inclusive Leadership education with several thousand professionals, students, volunteers and other leaders from Vancouver Island, other parts of BC, Canada and the world.
